Senior Commercial Manager (B2B)


The main focus of this position is to acquire new business, manage existing customers and increase brand recognition of our first-in-class electrical stimulation device, Veinplicity® (, which revolutionizes venous access. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and energetic medical device salesperson with the drive to excel in a fast-paced, international business environment.


Main responsibilities:


  • Managing and supporting region-specific existing distribution partners to ensure they     have the means to successfully sell Veinplicity within their markets

  • Creating tactical plans to target new customers, converting these into increased sales

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers by growing, maintaining and leveraging new and existing networks

  • Assisting in closing new distribution partners

  • Training of distributors’ salesforces in  the proper application, use and demonstration of Veinplicity

  • Actively participating in the development and implementation of marketing strategies

  • Global travel activity: 30-50% travel required for customer visits, conferences and trade shows

Your profile: 


We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter and experienced sales professional, who feels comfortable in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and is keen to present their own ideas and proactively take accountability for the outcome. This position gives the right individual the opportunity to shape and influence their own position, by taking on additional responsibilities, creating tailored services and delivering critical expertise that exceeds our clients’ expectations. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented individual; a strategic thinker and strong communicator. He or she will have a flair for speaking and writing clearly and concisely to deliver information ranging from technical documentation to sales opportunity analyses.


The ideal candidate will combine the following qualifications, skills and experience:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a life science, business discipline or equivalent education 

  • Minimum of 7 years' sales or product management experience in a medical device environment, with a proven track record in exceeding challenging sales targets

  • Excellent sales techniques with a long-term perspective

  • Strong ability to initiate, negotiate and conclude deals

  • Experience in presenting, evaluating, selling, installing and implementing medical device products

  • Knowledge of the decision-making process within the European healthcare sector (reimbursement, health economics, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills
